Several bicycles need attention? Start with one clear request
When more than one bicycle at home needs repair, arranging separate trips to a workshop can be inconvenient. Our mobile bicycle workshop accepts requests for home visits in Barendrecht and Ridderkerk. Send your postcode and a description of each bicycle via WhatsApp so we can discuss whether the work can be combined in one appointment.
Include your neighbourhood and access details
If you live in Carnisselande, Bolnes or another part of Barendrecht or Ridderkerk, include your exact postcode. Tell us where the bicycles are stored and whether there is an accessible place to work. Mention locked gates, stairs or shared storage access before agreeing on a visit. The address and proposed work help us discuss a realistic appointment.
How should you describe several bicycles?
Number them in your message. For each bicycle, include its type, brand if known and the specific problem. For example, bicycle one has a rear tyre that loses air, while bicycle two has a chain that skips when pedalling. Separate descriptions help avoid confusion about which bicycle needs which work.
What photos are useful?
Send an overall photo and a close-up of the area causing concern. For tyre issues, include the size printed on the sidewall. For an e-bike, share the drive system and any display message. Photos support preparation but do not replace inspection, so we cannot promise a particular repair solely from an image.
Can children's bicycles and e-bikes be included?
Describe every bicycle you want assessed, including children's bicycles, city bikes and e-bikes. Suitability depends on the work and parts required. Some electronic faults need specialist workshop equipment. Ask before assuming that every bicycle or repair can be handled in the same visit.
Does a combined visit cost less?
A request for several bicycles does not automatically include a discount. Ask for a breakdown of expected labour, parts and any call-out costs, and clarify how costs apply across the bicycles. If inspection reveals additional work, discuss the revised estimate before agreeing to continue. Fair pricing means understanding the work and charges.
How can you prepare for the appointment?
Make the bicycles accessible and make sure someone can provide access at the agreed time. If a bicycle belongs to someone else, arrange their permission for the proposed work. For rental or leased bicycles, contact the provider before booking an independent repair. Do not ride a bicycle if you are concerned about its brakes, wheel security or another safety-critical part.
Use genuine reviews to compare services
Look for customer experiences that explain communication, cost clarity and the work performed. Specific feedback is more informative than a star rating alone. After your appointment, honest feedback about what worked well and what could be improved is welcome.
