A flat tyre does not have to mean transporting your bicycle
If your bicycle has a flat tyre in Rotterdam, you can request a visit from our mobile bicycle workshop. Send your location and bicycle details via WhatsApp. We discuss the options, costs and appointment availability before confirming a visit.
Tell us your neighbourhood and postcode
Are you in Kralingen, Delfshaven, Rotterdam-Noord or Rotterdam-Zuid? Include your exact postcode rather than just the city name. Tell us whether the bicycle is outside, in a shared storage room or behind a locked gate so we can discuss access and a suitable workspace.
What information helps with a tyre repair?
Say whether the front or rear tyre is affected and whether it loses air immediately or slowly. Send a photo of the tyre size printed on the sidewall and, if possible, the valve. Include the bicycle brand and type, especially for an e-bike or cargo bike.
Puncture, valve problem or damaged tyre?
A flat tyre does not tell us by itself which part needs attention. Inspection may be needed to assess the inner tube, outer tyre and valve. We discuss the proposed work rather than promising a particular repair before assessing the problem. Avoid riding on a flat tyre.
Clear costs before you agree
Ask what the estimate includes: labour, parts and any call-out costs. If inspection identifies additional work, ask for an explanation and an updated estimate before agreeing to proceed. Fair pricing starts with understanding the work and the cost.
Choose using genuine experiences
When reading reviews, look for useful details about appointment communication, pricing and the repair itself. We welcome honest feedback after your visit, including anything that could be improved.
Send your Rotterdam repair request
A WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or emergency dispatch. If the bicycle is rented or leased, check with the provider before arranging work.
